Austria's best chefs will be cooking at the Gault & Millau Gourmet Fair 2023 in Vienna's Kursalon on two days in September.

100 top chefs and 100 winemakers from all over Austria (and neighboring countries) will meet in Vienna on September 28 and 29 at the Gault & Millau Gourmet Fair 2024. This year, the event will take place at the Ottakringer brewery for the first time. Visitors can sample everything from excellent pub cuisine to creative avant-garde dishes.

From the Viennese Top Gastronomy are among other things represented:
Konstantin Filippou from the restaurant Konstantin Filippou
Silvio Nickol from the gourmet restaurant of the same name in Palais Coburg
Paul Ivic from the vegetarian restaurant Tian

The rest of the provinces will also be represented - from Rudi Obauer and Andreas Döllerer from Salzburg to Harald Irka from Styria. For visitors, this is a unique opportunity to experience such a group of top chefs in one place.
