Die Goldenen Zitronen
The Golden Lemons have been one of the defining bands in the German independent scene for more than three decades. Initially part of the funpunk scene, they expanded their musical spectrum from simple, fast punk and rockabilly songs to more complex and experimental song structures. In their music there are connections to New Wave bands of the 80s and Krautrock of the 70s, as well as to contemporary forms of electronic music.
