A co-production of sirene and Serapions Theater.

The battle in Wonderland is about propriety, the weapon is the word. The famous blue caterpillar, the queen, the ageless hatter, the chatty flowers and other amazing characters always seize the interpretive sovereignty in the exchange of words with Alice. Their logic does not coincide with common sense, and they are not right, but they have the say and thus the power to subject Alice to the most whimsical rules of etiquette - rules of etiquette as in Victorian England, from which the mathematician Charles Lutwidge Dodgson alias Lewis Carroll suffered throughout his life. But beyond this socio-critical aspect, his two Alice books are the work of a gifted player who juggles logic and illogic, distilling from them the deepest absurdity and the highest pleasure.

The fantastic revue between dream and nightmare shows characteristic scenes from "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland" and "Through the Looking-Glass, and What Alice Found There" for an ensemble of 24 instrumentalists, 7 soloists and the Serapions Theater.
